What is GOCRA?
We are Gun Owners Civil Rights Alliance, the Minnesota organization behind CCRN (Concealed Carry Reform Now!). We are people from all walks of life who have banded together to preserve and protect all of our civil rights as gun owners.
What has GOCRA done?
With the support of gun owners like you, we have:
- Passed the Minnesota Citizens Personal Protection Act -- one of the best carry laws in the country -- twice!
- Passed the Range Protection Act, ensuring that current and future generations will always have places to practice not only the shooting sports but Self Defense as a fundamental human right.

Monitored the Minnesota Legislature and defeated multiple attempts to limit gun
rights
- Prevented gun registration under the guise of “closing” the gun show “loophole”
- Killed anti-gun amendments to other bills
- Lobbied for “Stand Your Ground” legislation to enhance Minnesota’s self defense protections
- Educated legislators on issues important to voting gun owners

Speak out
Take advantage of opportunities in your community to talk about and work for gun and self-defense rights. -
Pass it on
Get your friends and family interested in shooting sports and gun rights. Take them to the range, and get them to sign up for our mailing list, too! -
Show up
Victory goes to those who show up. Learn the issues, get involved, and vote your rights! -
Pony up
